We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping & Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

2. Shipping Costs

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our return policy.
