Return & Refund Policy

At JB Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
✅ The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Perishable goods (food, drinks, etc.)
❌ Personal care items (toothbrushes, razors, etc.)
❌ Custom or personalized items
❌ Digital products (gift cards, downloadable content)
❌ Sale or clearance items

3. Return Process

1️⃣ Submit a Request – Email us at jurabernoisltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – We will provide the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

📍 Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:
💰 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
💳 The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products.
  • If you need a replacement, contact us at jurabernoisltd@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:
✅ Check your bank account.
✅ Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take a few days to reflect).
