1️⃣ Submit a Request – Email us at jurabernoisltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – We will provide the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval – Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
📍 Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is approved:
💰 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.
💳 The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If you haven't received your refund:

✅ Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take a few days to reflect).
